1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or engaging Prime Finish Construction for services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Services Provided
Prime Finish Construction specializes in residential and commercial renovations, including but not limited to:

Interior Painting
Flooring Installation (LVP, Hardwood, Laminate)
General Renovations
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

3. Quotes and Estimates
Video Quotes: Estimates provided based on video walkthroughs are subject to final verification upon site arrival. If the condition of the site differs significantly from the video (e.g., hidden water damage, undisclosed structural issues), we reserve the right to adjust the quote.
Validity: Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.

4. User Obligations
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the quote process. You are responsible for ensuring that our crew has safe access to the property during the scheduled service times.

5. SMS/Mobile Messaging Terms
By submitting your phone number on our web forms, you consent to the following terms regarding our messaging program:

Campaign Description: This campaign sends SMS Notifications, Alerts & Occasional Marketing Communication to customers who have opted in to receive SMS notifications from Prime Finish Construction.
Cancellation: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Help: If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to quote@primefinish.ca.
Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Rates & Frequency: As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

6. Payment Terms
Deposit: A deposit may be required to secure your start date and cover materials.
Final Payment: Full payment is due upon completion of the project.
Late Fees: We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue invoices.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prime Finish Construction shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in dispute.

8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
